Genre Track: Comics unlocked
Caleb Heffron & Contessa Hussong
Thursday, July 24, 1:00 p.m. - Friday, July 25, 11:45 a.m.
Caleb and Contessa have been interested in comic books for their entire lives and are excited to share their knowledge with you. In these sessions, you’ll learn the history of comics, the craft of comic book creation (including formatting, script writing, pacing, and page layout), the artist/writer collaboration process, and possible paths to publication. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on your own comic book pitch and plan. Bring your ideas, your renderings, and your questions!
