Pricing: Teen or Advanced Track (Thursday to Friday) = $139 General Conference (Friday to Saturday) = $139 Track plus Conference (Thursday to Saturday) = $249 Note: if you prefer not to pay through a website, you can send a check for the required amount in order to register. Meals: Meals are included in your conference fee and will be held in our campus dining commons. They do their best to accommodate meals for those with allergies (gluten-free options), but we cannot do special meal orders. If you're joining one of the two Tracks, you will get dinner on Thursday, breakfast and lunch on Friday (and some snacks along the way). If you're part of the General Conference, you'll get dinner on Friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday (ditto on the snacks -- oh, and coffee! Must. Have. Coffee.). Housing: Housing is not included in your conference fee. You can opt for housing on campus for $60/night and pay when you register. On the registration page through EventBrite, you will have the option to register for a room on campus either for Thursday night (if you're only doing one of the tracks), only for Friday night (if you're only coming to the General Conference), or both Thursday and Friday nights (if you're doing both). Note that you need to register by July 13, 2023 at 11:30 p.m. in order to have a room on campus. Note that this is in a college dormitory with shared bathrooms (we separate males and females to different wings; married couples on their own floor with assigned bathrooms). We plan for one person per room (unless you request a roommate to split the cost, or if you are married). While a linen set is provided, you probably will want to bring an extra blanket and pillow just for your own sleeping comfort. We can only house people for Thursday night (if you're part of one of the tracks) and/or Friday night. If you prefer hotel comfort, there are three hotels within about three miles of campus: Best Western Plus Gas City; Holiday Inn Express Gas City; Super 8. You would need to make these reservations on your own. We do not have group rates set up. Note to internationals: If you are registering from another country, please supply to us a name, email address, and phone number of a local U.S. sponsor who will be caring for picking you up from airport/train station/bus station, getting you to the conference, and then returning you after the conference. All our attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the conference and we cannot allow for any overnights before or after the conference. Sign up to receive our newsletter.
