Meals are included in your conference fee and will be held in our campus dining commons. They do their best to accommodate meals for those with allergies (gluten-free options), but we cannot do special meal orders. If you're joining the Intensive Track, you will get dinner on Thursday, breakfast and lunch on Friday, and some snacks along the way. If you're part of the General Conference, you'll get dinner on Friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and ditto on the snacks -- oh, and coffee! Must. Have. Coffee.
Housing is not included in your conference fee. You can opt for housing on campus for $60/night and pay when you register. On the registration page through EventCreate, you will have the option to register for a room on campus for Thursday and/or Friday night. To register for a room for either night, you will need to register by July 11, 2024 at 11:30 p.m. in order to have a room on campus.
Note that this is in a college dormitory with shared bathrooms (we separate males and females to different wings; married couples on their own floor with assigned bathrooms). We plan for one person per room (unless you request a roommate to split the cost, or if you are married). While a linen set is provided, you probably will want to bring an extra blanket and pillow.
If you prefer a little more comfort, there are three hotels within about three miles of campus: Best Western Plus Gas City; Holiday Inn Express Gas City; Super 8. You would need to make these reservations on your own. We do not have group rates set up.
Note to internationals:
If you are registering from another country, please supply to us a name, email address, and phone number of a local U.S. sponsor who will be caring for picking you up from airport/train station/bus station, getting you to the conference, and then returning you after the conference. All our attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the conference and we cannot allow for any overnights before or after the conference.
