Pricing:
Intensive Track (Thursday to Friday) = $139
General Conference (Friday to Saturday) = $139
Track plus Conference (Thursday to Saturday) = $249

Note: if you prefer not to pay through a website, you can send a check for the required amount in order to register (note that housing is extra; see below). Make your check out to Taylor University. Meals:
Meals are included in your conference fee and will be held in our campus dining commons. They do their best to accommodate meals for those with allergies (gluten-free options), but we cannot do special meal orders. If you're joining the Intensive Track, you will get dinner on Thursday, breakfast and lunch on Friday, and some snacks along the way. If you're part of the General Conference, you'll get dinner on Friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and ditto on the snacks -- oh, and coffee! Must. Have. Coffee.

Housing:
Housing is not included in your conference fee. You can opt for housing on campus for $60/night and pay when you register. ​On the registration page through EventCreate, you will have the option to register for a room on campus for Thursday and/or Friday night. To register for a room for either night, you will need to register by July 11, 2024 at 11:30 p.m. in order to have a room on campus.

Note that this is in a college dormitory with shared bathrooms (we separate males and females to different wings; married couples on their own floor with assigned bathrooms). We plan for one person per room (unless you request a roommate to split the cost, or if you are married). While a linen set is provided, you probably will want to bring an extra blanket and pillow.

If you prefer a little more comfort, there are three hotels within about three miles of campus: Best Western Plus Gas City; Holiday Inn Express Gas City; Super 8. You would need to make these reservations on your own. We do not have group rates set up.

Travel:
If you’re driving: 
  • Taylor University's address is 1846 Main Street, Upland, IN.
  • Note that there is a lot of construction going on in Upland with part of Route 22 through town being closed at various times. Just follow detour signs. OR Use the Fairmount exit and then let your GPS take you from there.
  • Wherever you enter on campus, look for Vayhinger Loop and proceed around the circular drive to the building labeled Rupp (look for signage for our conference). Enter the main entrance and we’ll be there ready to greet you!
  • You do not need a permit to park.
If you are flying:
  • the closest airports are Indianapolis (about 1.5 hours from campus) and Fort Wayne (about 1 hour from campus). All attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the conference, and we cannot allow for any overnights before or after the conference. We do not provide shuttle service. 

Note to internationals:
If you are registering from another country, please supply to us a name, email address, and phone number of a local U.S. sponsor who will be caring for picking you up from airport/train station/bus station, getting you to the conference, and then returning you after the conference.  As noted above, all attendees need to arrange for their own transportation to and from campus and we cannot provide for additional overnights.
